Do I need to register and set up an account to be able to order?

Not really, but shopping at can be much ore fun when you do! As a registered user, you can:

  • Save your shipping and other information so you don't have to type them in everytime you make a purchase at the site
  • Add items to your wishlist for future shopping 
  • Be informed of new items added to the site

How do I register?

To register, hover your cursor to the Account icon on the upper right hand of the page and click on Register. Fill out all the required fields clearly and correctly and then click submit. Your account will be ready.

It is important that the data you enter is correct and accurate to ensure receipt of orders. You are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address. The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged.

If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, you will be charged re-delivery to the correct address. may not be held responsible for orders lost due to inaccurate/incomplete details by the customer. 



Are items saved in my shopping cart reserved under my name?

Saving items in your shopping cart does not mean a reservation.  The facility allows you to keep track of what you want to buy until you are ready to make the payment.  Note though that while ensures that all items are adequately stocked, it is possible that the item you saved in your cart may be unavailable by the time you make the purchase.  


Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed online through the site.  Simply click on the product you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button, and proceed to either purchase additional items or go directly to the Checkout page.

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed during regular business hours, 8am-6pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays) will be considered orders placed on the next business days.

How soon will my order be processed?

Orders placed and confirmed after 12nn will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

When payment has already been made, you may no longer cancel or change your orderIt is highly recommended that all information and order details be reviewed and finalized before clicking the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.



What are my payment options?

Customers can pay for the items and other charges if any (i.e., delivery), thru any of the following modes of payment:


a)     Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

b)     Debit Card (BancNet affiliated banks)

c)     Over the Counter via Paycash Peso Pay have Bank and Non-bank payment centers with more than 5,000 payment outlets across the Philippines.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is limited to addresses within the Philippines.

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery details:

a.     Name of recipient
b.    House no. or lot/block/phase no., street name, subdivision, barangay, town, province and zip code
c.     Unit no., floor building name, compound, street name, barangay, town, province and zip code

  • The use of abbreviations is highly discouraged.
  • If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to correct address.

How will my order be delivered?

All online orders will be fulfilled by aCommerce Philippines, the fulfillment partner of, providing a complete logistics and delivery solution

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Orders will be charged a flat rate of P200 for the first 3 kilos, and an incremental rate of P50 for every kilo in excess.

When will my order be delivered?

After placing the order and receiving confirmation that your order is complete, you can expect to receive it within 3 to 5 business days if you are in Metro Manila and 5 to 10 business days if outside Metro Manila. Our couriers will deliver your orders from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (except holidays). may not be held responsible for delays that are beyond its control such as storms, earthquakes, or floods.

I cannot receive the package myself. Can I ask someone else to receive it for me?

To protect the customer, packages will only be surrendered to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification. However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide his/her assigned representative with an authorization letter together with a proof of identification.

Tracking your order

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You may then proceed to the courier’s tracking page and type in the tracking number to get details regarding the shipment. Please allow 1 business day for our couriers to update their records.

International shipping
We currently do not ship to international locations outside the Philippines.


Exchange Policies

What should I do if I receive damaged items? takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly wrapped, packed and sealed to prevent leakages and breakages.  In cases wherein you have received a damaged or defective item, an item that is not what you ordered, does not fit, there are missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging, please follow the succeeding steps indicated.

For damaged items, you may exchange your purchase as long as it is within seven (7) days upon receiving the package. All sealed items must not be opened.

To exchange a product, please fill in the exchange form that came with your order and ship it to the address indicated within. Items must be in the state you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to any address besides the one indicated in the exchange form.

Once your items are received, you will receive a notification through email indicating this. This will be sent to the email address you used when placing the order. Please provide 5 business days for us to evaluate your returned purchase.

The following items shall not be accepted:

  • Damage caused by extensive use of the product and normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by wrong use of cleaning products or washing instructions
  • Damage caused by customer’s improper handling
  • Merchandise already altered/monogrammed
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, personal care items, cosmetics, fragrances and opened/used items
  • Sale and Promo Items
  • Fine jewelry, watches and accessories
  • Furniture and Food items

Is it possible to get a different item to replace my original purchase?

For damaged items, will replace the item with exactly the same item or the same item of different size in good condition if still available. If the item is no longer available, SSI will coordinate with the customer for a suitable replacement.

Is there a fee for delivery of the replaced item?

For damaged items (due to factory defect), delivery of the replacement item to the customer shall be free of charge.
